Clé de Cartier

The latest creation from the Maison, Clé de Cartier is an apparently simple watch that has in fact been carefully designed so as to be just as visually beautiful as it is pleasant to wear. Its slender, arched profile ensures that it smoothly moulds the curves of the wrist. The winding key after which it is named is clearly reminiscent of those formerly used to rewind clocks, and its return to the initial position is accompanied by a pleasing click. The movement is a new Manufacture Cartier calibre named 1847 MC in reference to the brand’s founding year.
