DB Kind of Two Grande Complication
The DB Kind of Two Grande Complication is a compendium of the technical and aesthetic attributes developed over 22 years of innovation, research and creativity at De Bethune. Featuring a reversible double-sided case, it incorporates the innovative rotation system that was first seen in 2021, whereby floating lugs allow the case to pivot around its central axis. Eight complications are built into the DB2529 movement. They are a double display of hours and minutes, jumping seconds, a perpetual calendar, a spherical moon-phase indication, a retrograde age of the Moon, leap years, an ultra-light tourbillon in blued titanium and a power reserve. Every one of the 751 components that make up the movement and the exterior has been created to produce a harmonious and functional whole. The contemporary side of the double-sided case shows off the movement's refined structure, while the opposite side reveals a classical design distinguished by De Bethune's signature starry sky. Production of the DB Kind of Two Grande Complication will be limited to five watches per year.
