Evolution 9 Spring Drive Chronograph GMT 9R96

This sports watch is one of three new models that joined the Evolution 9 collection in early 2022. A GMT chronograph with blue dial, it is driven by the new-generation Spring Drive 9R96 movement. Precision is a remarkable ±10 seconds per month. Grand Seiko delivered this technical tour de force in honour of the fifteenth anniversary of the Grand Seiko Spring Drive Chronograph. Functions in addition to the 12-hour chronograph are a GMT hand to read the time in a second time zone and the possibility to display a third time zone using the 24-scale on the rotating bezel. Grand Seiko is releasing this blue-dial chrono as a 700-piece limited edition. A second, non-limited chronograph features the same design and specifications, but with a black dial and the Spring Drive 9R86 movement.
