As well as the glamour of the five diamonds that move freely across its dial, the Happy Ocean delivers all the requisite features of an authentic dive watch: luminescent hands and markers, a unidirectional rotating bezel in ethical pink gold with an aluminium insert, screw-down crown and caseback, and a 300-metre depth rating for the 40mm case. This affinity with water is confirmed by the sea-toned blue-grey livery of the dial and its rippling wave pattern. To complete the package, Chopard has added an in-house automatic movement that provides 60 hours of power reserve.
