Hautlence returns to its very first timepiece, in the form of a limited edition of 20 pieces to coincide with its 20th anniversary. The debut HL watch featured retrograde minutes, jumping hours and a pioneering TV-shaped case. This re-edition, the HLXX, retains the original movement and functions, but revisits the case and dial for a version in titanium with no visible lugs. Inspired by locomotives, a lever system connects with the retrograde minutes, on a curved track, and jumping hours, on superimposed discs. As a finishing touch, a screwed plaque next to the ratchet wheel confirms this watch as an anniversary edition celebrating two decades of Hautlence's groundbreaking approach to time measurement.
