Luminor Marina eSteel™ Verde Smeraldo

Panerai continues to make strides in sustainable innovation, as demonstrated by one of its latest releases, the Luminor Marina eSteel™. Multiple challenges had to be overcome when developing the eSteel™ for the 44mm case and dial, in order to ensure it exhibits the same properties, such as robustness and resistance to corrosion, as a non-recycled alloy. Mission accomplished, with recycled materials making up more than half the total weight. Appropriately for a watch that reflects Panerai’s efforts to promote environmental practices in watchmaking, the polished dial comes in a beautiful emerald green that shades dark to light. Water-resistant to 300 metres, this Luminor Marina eSteel™ Verde Smeraldo is fitted on a matching green strap in recycled fabric. Ensuring that sustainability rhymes with reliability, the movement is the P.9010 automatic calibre, developed and made by Manufacture Panerai in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
