The quintessential sport-luxe watch, designed in 1976 by the wonderful Gérald Genta, the Nautilus gets a cool new livery, as reference 5711/1300A-001, that associates steel with 32 crisp baguette-cut diamonds around the bezel. They frame an olive green dial that is decorated with the Nautilus’s distinctive horizontal relief embossing. Hands and applied hour markers in white gold are coated with a luminescent compound for optimum legibility at any time of day or night. The movement, calibre 26-330 S C, benefits from a number of technical innovations for the automatic winding system. It also features a stop-seconds mechanism that allows the time to be set with one-second accuracy. Water-resistant to 120-metres, this icon among watches is fitted with an integrated steel bracelet that hugs the wrist for a most comfortable fit.
