The ultra-thin mechanisms of high watchmaking meet jewellery expertise in this fully paved Piaget Polo Skeleton. Its movement, the ultra-thin 1200S1 in-house calibre, is one of the slimmest automatic movements in the world at 2.4mm high. What’s more, it has been fully skeletonised. Crafted from white gold, the 42mm case (7.35mm high) is carpeted with 268 diamonds, with a further 1,478 diamonds lavished on the integrated bracelet and a single diamond on the crown. It takes a master jeweller a full 60 hours to set these 1,747 precious stones, each being individually hand-cut before setting.
