Rebellion Timepieces orchestrates an unprecedented visual experience and uses a cutting-edge process to create the coloured camo pattern on the case of the Re-Volt Carbon Colored. Carbon is usually coloured by adding pigments to a carbon fibre or carbon powder base, which is then mixed with an epoxy-type resin. But the more pigments are added, the more fragile the material becomes. Rebellion has developed a way round this by using a coil composed of carbon threads to achieve greater rigidity. There are three colours schemes: Arctic Storm features the blue tones of ice. Toxic Storm combines the three colours of aurora borealis. Mars Valley borrows the colours of the rocks of the fourth planet in our solar system. All three versions are equipped with a manual-winding and skeletonised in-house movement with small seconds at 7 o’clock.
