RM 16-01 Réglisse Automatic

Ten models, each a 30-piece limited edition, make up Richard Mille's Bonbon collection, which is shared between two lines. This RM 16-01 Réglisse (Liquorice) is part of the Sweets line, alongside Sucette (Lollipop), Marshmallow and Cupcake. The textures one would expect to discover on biting into these sweet treats are visually suggested; in this case, a giant roll of liquorice which takes up the entire surface of the dial. Its realistic appearance is achieved by applying a black chrome coating after stamping from a block of titanium. Yellow and pink ceramic are used for the caseback and the bezel, while the caseband is in satin-finished, microblasted, hand-polished white gold.
