Serpenti Spiga

Bulgari has added three new iterations of the Serpenti Spiga — from the Italian for “wheat” — to a collection that first saw daylight in 2014. Single- or double-wrap bracelets are fashioned from gold and diamonds in a complex “quilted” pattern that requires painstaking hand assembly. The double-wrap bracelet for this version, in pink gold with a black lacquer dial, is composed of 70 modular elements which are inserted around an inner coil. The gold links, some set with diamonds, are not soldered but interlocked to create a flexible bracelet that moulds itself to the wrist.
