Swiss Alp Watch Final Upgrade

This “final upgrade” of H. Moser & Cie.’s ironic Swiss Alp Watch showcases the proven ingenuity of a classic mechanical movement, concealed in smartwatch guise. And so the tongue-in-cheek Swiss Alp Watch saga comes to an end with this version that matches a DLC-treated steel case with a Vantablack® dial. Taking the place of the small seconds hand at 6 o’clock is a spinning “loading” icon. At almost two hundred years old, H. Moser & Cie. created the Swiss Alp Watch in 2016 to voice its belief in the values of fine mechanical watchmaking amongst a wave of smartwatches. Now it's shutdown.
