Both innovative and generous with its 40 mm diameter, the Women Jour Nuit has a retrograde hours display, central minutes and retrograde small seconds on a mother-of-pearl dial, divided in three sections on four levels. Several decorative techniques - transfer, champlevé, marquetry and gem-setting - have been used to craft the poetic day/night disc. The moon is adorned with diamonds, the sun with yellow sapphire, while subtly graded shades of blue accentuate the difference between the mother-of-pearl. The disc turns twice a day in four minutes, providing ample time to appreciate all the subtle details of the decor.
