Defy Extreme Double Tourbillon

Zenith has equipped this Defy Extreme ultra-precise chronograph with two tourbillon regulators: one for the timekeeping functions (5Hz / 36,000 vph) with a 50-hour power reserve and one for the chronograph (50Hz / 360,000 vph) which is precise to 1/100th of a second. The first tourbillon completes its rotation in one minute while the chronograph tourbillon rotates once every five seconds. The central chronograph seconds hand makes one sweep of the dial every second to enable timings of 1/100th of a second, completed by a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock and a 60-seconds counter at 6 o’clock. Power reserve for the chronograph is shown on an indicator at 12 o’clock. An openworked dial combines with a robust 45mm case with a twelve-sided bezel. This version in black carbon and pink gold is on a black rubber strap that fastens with a triple folding clasp. There is also a titanium version with an integrated bracelet.
